Moltus Construction is seeking an experienced Site Manager and Site Co-ordinator to join our team.

Site Manager Position
Responsibilities:
Direct and manage the onsite supervision of staff, workers, visitors, and sub-contractors.
Responsible for ensuring all works are constructed in accordance with current contract documents, council and engineer ITPs within the allocated program.
Ensure site adherence to all local, regulatory and company WHS requirements and Acts. Inclusion of site inductions and collection/review/sign-off of SWMS.
Manage workers to resolve conflicts in a calm and effective manner.
Undertake quality assurance inspections and checks to ensure workmanship is being completed to no less than acceptable industry standards and always to a minimum of National Construction Code, Building Code of Australia and Australian Standards requirements.
In conjunction with Project Managers prepare, update, and implement a construction program to achieve practical completion as required.
Read and interpret building plans, specifications, and legislative requirements to explain clearly and effectively what is required.
Project finalisation tasks including internal defects inspection/s and co-ordination of rectification works as required.
Collect, review, and submit all certifications, test reports, warranties, As-builts Plans as required to achieve Certificate of Occupancy/Classification before client specified opening date.
Effectively and regularly communicate (verbal and written) with Project Managers and key stakeholders on the delivery of the project. Clearly identifying/actioning RFI's, Site Instructions, Variations and ensuring any delays which impact construction are reported and documented.
Conducting all activities in accordance with the Quality, Safety and Environmental Management System.
Experience/Qualifications Required:
Tertiary or trade qualification in a building related field (Mandatory)
White Card
5+ years' experience in a Site Management position in Commercial Construction
Crystalline Silica Exposure Prevention Card
Asbestos Awareness Card
Valid Drivers Licence
A stable track record in delivering of construction projects up to 5m
Experienced in management of subcontractors
Manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and building regulations
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently
Great work ethic, reliable, honest and pro-active attitude
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practice
Proficient in project management software/tools such as Procore
Site Coordinator Position
The Site Coordinator is required to coordinate all deliveries to site, maintain site to ensure safety and cleanliness is kept to a high standards and perform builders works when instructed or when required.
Responsibilities:
Hands on to on the tools, depending on the business needs
Operating company vehicle and trailer
Rubbish removals from job sites
Picking up and delivering supplies for job sites
Making sure sites are well maintained and clean
Assiting Site Manager with daily site tasks
Conducting all activities in accordance with the Quality, Safety and Environmental Management System.
Experience/Qualifications Required:
White Card
Asbestos Card
Silica Awareness certificate
Current Drivers Licence
Trade qualification or previous construction experience
Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Can problem solve and show initiative
Salary
