About The Opportunity
We have two full‐time, permanent opportunities for Stores / Repair Coordinators to join our Advanced Manufacturing Service Centre team at Edinburgh Parks, SA. If you have experience in production, manufacturing, logistics, or administration, this is your chance to play a key role in supporting a project and ensuring operational milestones are met. Flexible work options are available, including a 9‐day fortnight.
Key Responsibilities
* Receipt and dispatch of repairable items and components both physically and in our stock control systems.
* Monitor and report on the turnaround times of repairable assets against agreed service level targets.
* Coordinate with Service Centre Team Leaders and Technicians to ensure data integrity in stock control systems.
* Manage non‐conformances and carry out cycle counts for auditors.
* Support engineering and maintenance teams by enabling annual equipment maintenance and calibration plans.
About You
* Experience in planned maintenance, repair, logistics, or stores operations.
* Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn company/customer platforms.
* Meticulous data entry and record keeping.
* Adaptability to new initiatives and changing conditions.
* Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
* Familiarity with stock control systems (Desirable).
* Forklift licence or walkie‐stacker training (Desirable).
* NV1 security clearance or eligibility to obtain.
Clearances
