The Role
Salter Brothers Hospitality is seeking a creative, culturally connected Social Media Executive to bring our portfolio of luxury hotels / retreats, restaurants and experiences to life across digital platforms.
Working closely with our Senior Content Manager, you'll play a hands on role in ideating, capturing and delivering engaging, platform first content that drives brand awareness, audience growth and guest visitation.
This is an exciting opportunity for a social first storyteller who thrives on trends, understands what cuts through, and loves hospitality.

The role and responsibilities
1. Create and publish high-quality, engaging content across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms
2. Capture social-first content on-site across our venues using mobile and professional equipment
3. Edit content using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite and native platform editors
4. Collaborate on content strategies that grow reach, engagement and followers
5. Identify trends, audio and cultural moments to maximise performance
6. Contribute fresh, creative concepts that inspire audiences to visit and book
7. Build and manage relationships with creators and influencers, including hosted experiences
8. Support end-to-end content production, including briefing, shoots and delivery
9. Assist with content planning, scheduling and day-to-day channel management
10. Monitor performance and provide insights to continuously optimise results
Essential criteria required to thrive in this role
11. 2–4 years' experience in social media, content or creative roles ideally from within luxury hospitality, travel, tourism or lifestyle brands
12. Proven ability to shoot and edit content across mobile and professional formats
13. Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms
14. A sharp creative eye and storytelling ability
15. Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite and social tools
16. Excellent collaboration and communication skills
17. A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
