As National Business Manager, you'll own and lead the Woolworths account, the largest across the business - with true end-to-end commercial ownership.
Reporting directly into the SLT this role offers a clear pathway into a more senior position as the brand continues its growth and expansion.

Key Objectives
* Lead strategic partnerships with national retail customers to deliver mutual growth.
* Identify and secure new distribution and channel opportunities to support category expansion.
* Develop and execute data-driven strategies that strengthen retail presence and commercial performance.
* Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution across marketing, operations, and supply chain.
* Develop, negotiate, and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) aligned to customer and company objectives.
* Translate consumer, category, and shopper insights into clear commercial strategies.
* Identify innovation and expansion opportunities across existing and new channels (structured retail, eCommerce, and emerging growth sectors).
Experience Required
* Experience at National Account Manager/National Business Manager level
* Must have grocery channel experience within FMCG - ideally food and/or beverage
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment
* In a difficult FMCG environment, be a part of a business and team driving growth
* Report directly into Executive Leadership
* Clear path to more senior roles
* Lead their biggest account with a strong partnership in place between company and retailer
