The Role
* Manage a clean, well-maintained portfolio
* Minimum 2 years of residential Property Management experience
* Conduct entries and exits
* Oversee maintenance coordination and contractor management
* Manage rent arrears
* Prepare and negotiate lease renewals
* Lead by example with strong knowledge of legislation and best practice
* Provide exceptional service to landlords and tenants
* Attend VCAT hearings when required
