Our client, the Public Trustee is a statutory authority
committed to safeguarding the financial and legal interests of
South Australians, particularly those who are vulnerable or unable
to manage their own affairs.
Operating under the
Attorney-General's Department, the Public Trustee provides
professional services in estate administration, trust management,
Will-making, financial administration and taxation.
The opportunity has arisen for a Manager Estate Services to join
the organisation and assume responsibility for the effective
leadership and management of the branch, ensuring the provision of
superior, customer-centric, estate administration and Will-making
in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Reporting to the
Director Customer Services, the Manager will contribute to the
development and implementation of strategic plans, manage major
contracts, oversee risk and compliance across all estates, and
drive continuous improvement in service delivery, ensuring prudent
management of client assets.
This role demands expertise in estate administration, financial
and legal delegations and change management, ideally supported by
tertiary qualifications in law, business, accounting or finance.
You will bring deep technical knowledge, strong analytical
and problem-solving capabilities and a proven ability to lead
large, multidisciplinary teams in a high-volume, high-stakes
environment.
Your ability to maintain strong stakeholder
relationships, foster staff wellbeing and positivity and deliver
services grounded in integrity and empathy will be key to your
success.
