**In this role, you will**
- Be part of a team responsible for our technology, operations, risk, compliance, and business sourcing and hiring.
- Directly impact the hiring of business-critical roles of varying levels
- Measure and analyse data related to sourcing and marketing efforts to evaluate success of current recruitment strategies
- Developing relationships with local technical meetups with a focus on sponsoring events and building brand awareness
- Partner with our Marketing and Social Media colleagues to build the SIG talent brand with target audience(s) through social media channels
- Working on drafting & coordinating employment letters / contracts.
- Coordinating with internal teams - technology, payroll, HR operations, legal & compliance team.
**What we're looking for**
- Experience working in a highly selective hiring environment; TA operations experience will be an added advantage
- Must have demonstrated sourcing/networking experience utilising creative research methodologies
- Self-motivation coupled with demonstrable track record working within a team required
- Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS and/or CRM experience highly preferred
- Knowledge of social media and experience with social media recruiting channels is a plus
- Ability to work individually, as well as in a team environment
- Excellent oral, written, and phone communication skills, essential
