All Rounder Retail Job Description
As an All Rounder, you will be responsible for providing customer service, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries across Regional Victoria. Your role will involve assisting customers with product selection and technical advice, processing orders, invoicing, and coordinating delivery schedules. You will also provide quotes and product specifications, as well as building relationships with local builders, contractors, and homeowners.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales:
* Assist customers with product selection and technical advice.

Warehouse Operations:
* Receive, store, and dispatch building materials.
* Operate forklift for loading/unloading deliveries and customer pick-ups.
* Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory management.
* Coordinate crane-ups and staged deliveries to construction sites.
* Ensure workplace safety standards and material handling protocols.
General Operations:
* Support next-day delivery service across Regional Victoria.
* Assist with stock takes and warehouse organization.
* Coordinate with suppliers for daily restocking.
* Maintain showroom presentation and product displays.
