This includes responding to parent/caregiver requests, triaging the needs of students who are seeking assistance from student support, and ensuring established expectations, routines, and processes in student support are followed.The successful applicant will assist with administrative processes and provision of information to students, staff and parents, ensuring a responsive and effective student support service. Additionally, the successful applicant, under direction, will have ther opportunity to collaborate and conduct discussions with staff, parents/guardians and the community to identify student absenteeism and to collect and provide case information.
