Your role in action:
•Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and documentation to ensure compliance with Horizon Power's Project Management Methodology.
•Support end-to-end project delivery through effective scheduling, resource allocation, risk tracking and progress reporting.
•Assist with financial and commercial activities, including cost control, forecasting, and contract administration, to keep projects on track.
•Maintain robust document control processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all project phases.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
What you'll bring:
•Tertiary qualification in Project Management and a solid understanding of project methodologies.
•Proven experience coordinating large scale construction projects, with a focus on compliance and delivery excellence.
•Strong capability in developing and reviewing executive papers and approval documentation, with attention to detail and accuracy.
•Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and timelines, driving projects to meet financial and operational targets.
•Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with proficiency in project management tools and a collaborative approach.
