The Role
We are seeking skilled Project Engineers to work on a diverse range of projects, including renewables, transport infrastructure and civil construction across regional NSW.
* Developing and managing the construction program and implementing mitigating measures to keep the program on track.
* Contributing to bids and tenders.
* Coordinating and managing construction engineering activities to ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with plans, designs and specifications.
* Participating & leading monthly financial reviews and providing cost forecasts against budgets to understand cost to complete.
* Leading and supporting a strong safety culture.
Who You Are
You have previous experience in civil construction as a Project Engineer, you are degree qualified and have:
* A sound understanding of typical construction specifications used in the Australian construction industry.
* Exposure to a variety of subdisciplines such as road, road structures, drainage, rail and earthworks.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with project teams, subcontractors and the client.
* Experience on, or an interest in renewable projects will be highly regarded.
* The ability to manage small scale projects in regional areas is essential.
