About the role: We have multiple opportunities for new employees to join our team. We are looking for staff to build a team, who are able to deliver tailored support for unique individuals and work as a unit. Including providing support for our Veterans in our local community. Staff will be assisting clients with self-care, food preparations, domestic assistance and community access. We are looking for : Staff who have flexibility and availability are essential in this role, with the ability to work a variety of shifts; morning, day, afternoon, evening, night and weekends. (Flexible rosters to accommodate work life balance). Experience in working with people with disabilities, challenging behaviours, and complex physical disabilities. Also looking for workers with larger vehicles to suit client specific needs. Opportunities to be trained by our in-house RN, for participant specific needs as outlined in their care plans. Tasks: Positively supporting our client's routines/care plans in a flexible manner.
