We are seeking a Temporary Office Administrator to join our team, starting Tuesday 21st Oct. Candidates with a transport or logistics background will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and transferring incoming calls
- Greeting and assisting clients
- Managing client bookings
- Booking in deliveries
- General administrative support as needed
What we’re looking for:
- Previous office administration experience (transport/logistics preferred)
- Solid organisational and communication skills
- Professional phone manner and client service focus
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
