In response to rapid economic growth in Greater Bendigo, we are seeking an experienced sales expert to join our expanding team based in Bendigo. This role will see you leading the established Victorian initiative in the sales, listing, and marketing of commercial properties across the Greater Bendigo region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and maintain a high presence in the marketplace
* Sourcing, listing, selling, and leasing of commercial properties across Greater Bendigo and surrounding areas
* Maintaining an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers
* Negotiating property transactions from start to finish
* Conducting inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property
* Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key account clients
* Delivering market knowledge and advice to clients
* Coordinate (with Marketing department) the marketing and selling of properties including organizing signboards, brochures, advertising, information memorandums, and videos
Minimum Requirements:
* You are a natural hunter who is commercially astute
* Entrepreneurial and commercially astute, ideally with B2B experience
* You are an excellent communicator with the ability to converse with a diverse range of stakeholders
* Willingness to learn and ambitions to grow
* Current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate or be willing to study to become a certified agent
