Business critical position with strong leadership support

- Remuneration approx. $160k - $180k plus super
**The Company**
We are working with our client, a leading and innovative consumer products organisation with well known brands sold across a range of channels.
Reporting into the Director of Supply Chain, this business-critical role will take full responsibility of the sophisticated planning function, ensuring best practice and accuracy at all times.
**The Role**
- Engage and partner effectively with senior business leaders to identify opportunities and develop IBP strategic vision and roadmap.
- Drive standardisation and simplification across the business.
- Design, optimise, monitor, and continuously improve the organisations integrated planning processes and systems.
- Process governance, definition, documentation, and seamless execution in accordance with defined SLAs and KPIs.
- Strengthen system integration, data quality, and data governance across the IBP system landscape.
**Your Background**
- A minimum tertiary qualification.
- Significant experience in Program/Project management, defining and optimising planning processes and systems across Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, Sales & Marketing functions to support business growth.
- Demonstrated experience leading and implementing IBP initiatives in a large FMCG environment.
- Leadership experience in a matrixed organisation, managing multiple stakeholders and external partners/vendors in a complex environment.
- Ability to lead and drive business process change and to influence others. Ability to engage and work with senior leaders through complex and nuanced issues.
