Senior Account Executive – Distributors & Operations
This role supports the delivery of account and category‐specific business plans that drive sustainable growth.
* Position can be based in Melbourne, or on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.
* Partner closely with the Senior Commercial Manager, driving the Distributor and Operations portfolio.
* Support the overall business ambition in driving NPD and customer execution.
* Unique role combining people management and account management.
* Work across distributors and operational stakeholders to ensure commercial plans are executed effectively and on time.
* Handle merchandising support, account management, NPD project management and data analysis to deliver strong commercial outcomes and operational excellence for the Australian Consumer Division.
Qualifications
* Commercially astute and proactive with some experience in operations support or customer management, ideally within the FMCG or food industry.
* Strong analytical capability, confidence working with sales and forecast data, and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
* Highly organised and detail‐oriented, comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating cross‐functional stakeholders.
* Strong communication, presentation and relationship building skills whilst driving positive cultural impact.
