A Nurse Educator is sought to lead clinical education for paediatric surgical nurses. This role involves creating learning programs, coordinating teaching and supporting staff capability.
About the Role
* Develop and deliver education programs that strengthen surgical nursing capability.
* Lead teaching, assessment and competency development across paediatric surgical wards.
* Drive quality, safety and risk education to support safer clinical practice.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Registered Nurse/Midwife with current registration.
* Minimum 3+ years post-registration experience in surgery and/or pediatrics.
* Proven experience in nursing education or staff development.
