Job Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Contracts Advisor. This position will be responsible for ensuring that our business units have what they need, when they need it, and at the right price.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract management, supply chain, and commercial principles. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaising with internal customers to understand their requirements
* Developing and coordinating scope of work writing for contracts
* Managing contract registers to ensure projects are executed on time
* Establishing and managing relationships with internal stakeholders
* Ensuring escalations, invoice price adherence, and budget compliance
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Tertiary qualification in a commercial, legal, or engineering related discipline
* Several years' experience in a similar role in contract management, supply chain, or commercial team
* Experience in drafting and/or managing contracts, major equipment contracts, site services, and support contracts
* Extensive experience using computerized ERP systems, with knowledge of SAP and/or Coupa being highly regarded
