Job Description
We are seeking a Registered IPHS Community Nurse to join our dynamic integrated health team. As part of this role, you will provide direct nursing care and assessment to clients in their homes and clinics.
The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting the Latrobe community with their health needs. You will work closely with clients and their caregivers to implement care plans, coordinate ongoing nursing care, and provide support as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in Nursing
* AHPRA Registration as Division 1 Nurse
* Completed a graduate year or have a minimum of two years post-graduate experience in community or four years acute nursing
* A current Working with Children Check
* A current Victorian Driver's Licence
