Are you a highly organized individual with exceptional multitasking skills? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy managing multiple priorities? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Personal Assistant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage the daily schedule, appointments, and calendar of the executive.
- Coordinate and prioritize meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and other materials.
- Assist in managing and maintaining confidential information.
- Handle personal errands and tasks for the executive, as needed.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Proactively identify and address any administrative issues or challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using productivity tools such as MS Office Suite, Google Suite, etc.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to anticipate needs and be proactive in supporting the executive.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when necessary.

**Skills and Experience required**
- 2 years in a similar role
- **Highly organised**:
