As Contracts Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the commercial and contractual management of projects from procurement through to handover. You will work closely with the Directors, Project Managers, Architects, Consultants, Subcontractors, and Construction Teams to ensure contracts are administered rigorously, risks are managed proactively, and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
This role requires strong commercial acumen, exceptional attention to detail, and the confidence to operate across complex, high-value construction projects in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Prepare, review, and administer construction contracts across multiple projects, including drafting scopes of work, terms, conditions, and contract clauses
* Manage procurement of subcontract packages and company-supplied materials, ensuring alignment with program, budget, and technical requirements
* Support project cost control through due diligence, expenditure tracking, and early identification of cost and commercial risks
* Assist in the preparation and ongoing management of project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reporting
* Coordinate and administer contract variations, extensions of time (EOTs), and associated approvals
* Prepare detailed cost plans, estimates, and trade package breakdowns
* Generate and manage progress claims, subcontractor payments, and client invoicing
* Maintain accurate and comprehensive contract and project records
* Produce financial and commercial reports for leadership review using Xero
* Identify contractual risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect Wild Modular's commercial position
* Support dispute resolution and ensure clear, consistent communication between all project stakeholders
SKILLSET
* Demonstrated experience administering contracts on projects valued between $10m - $80m
* Proven experience letting and managing subcontract packages exceeding $2m
* Minimum 3+ years experience in a Contracts Administrator role with a tier 1,2,3 builder, commercial or high-end residential construction
* Strong working knowledge of construction contracts, legislation, and industry standards
* Experience with Procore (or similar contract/project management platforms)
* Experience with Xero
* Estimating experience compulsory
* Exposure to government contracts (e.g. GC21) advantageous
* Highly organised and keen to work within a lean, collaborative, fast-paced environment
