CELOTTI WORKFORCE are seeking Civil Labourers for immediate starts in the Bundaberg area. Celotti Workforce specialises in supporting key civil construction projects across Australia. We currently have immediate starts available, with ongoing work opportunities for the right candidates. Competitive pay rates of $37–$39 per hour are on offer. Role & Responsibilities: As a Civil Labourer, you will play a key role in supporting civil construction projects. Your tasks will include but are not limited to: Assisting with earthworks and excavation Site preparation and clean-up Pipe laying, concreting and other civil infrastructure tasks Following safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment Our Ideal Candidate: Current Drivers Licence Blue/White Construction card Proven experience as a civil labourer Familiarity with construction tools and heavy machinery. Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations. Ability to read and interpret project plans and drawings is advantageous. Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding tasks.
