We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conveyancer to manage conveyancing files from start to finish, ensuring smooth and timely settlements.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate conveyancing processes with clients, real estate agents, financial institutions, and legal representatives.
* Prepare and review contracts, settlement statements, and other legal documentation.
* Conduct thorough title searches, property investigations, and due diligence processes.
* Provide regular updates and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
* Maintain accurate and organised records using modern conveyancing software.

Required Candidate Profile
* Demonstrated experience as a Conveyancer or Conveyancing Assistant.
* Strong knowledge of Queensland conveyancing procedures and legislation.
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment.
* Familiarity with conveyancing platforms such as PEXA, LEAP, or Smokeball.
