About the Role
As a Room Leader at Little Zak's Academy, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of your room, planning engaging activities, and supporting the children and educators in your team.
You will provide leadership in delivering inclusive learning programs, working closely with the Centre Director and Educational Leader to achieve excellence and maintain strong professional relationships within the team.
* Lead and mentor educators to achieve excellence and maintain strong professional relationships with one another.
* Develop and implement high-quality cycle of planning, curriculum, and outcomes for each child in your room.
* Ensure that all documentation of children's learning is visible and accessible to families and meets regulatory requirements.
* Create a friendly, secure, and stimulating interactive learning environment.
* Maintain positive working relationships with all team members.
* Ensure a high level of health and safety standards are maintained at all times.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA approved).
* A Current Working with Children Check.
* An outstanding level of verbal and written communication.
* Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS).
* Strong computer skills.
* A Current approved First Aid Certificate.
* A Current approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
