College Administration Officer Role
This is a key position in ensuring the smooth operation of college activities.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various administrative tasks, including grade processing, student enquiries, timetabling and committee support. They will also work closely with academic staff and students to provide effective service delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. He or she should also possess strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking and a high level of integrity.
The role requires the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information. Additionally, the individual should demonstrate adaptability in response to changing situations within the organization.
1. Grade processing: The person shall ensure accurate recording of grades on all records
2. Student Enquiries: Candidate must answer student queries promptly so that each query can get timely solutions
