IT Support Specialist


This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a highly skilled IT support specialist.



Job Description:


* Provide technical support to staff and students in our schools

* Maintain and improve the efficiency of our IT systems

* Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

* Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience;

The following are preferred but not essential qualifications: knowledge of Freshservice, Helpdesk software; relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+;;
