Commercial Real Estate Professional Role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Commercial Real Estate Professional to join our team in Hong Kong. This role will involve managing corporate occupier accounts, developing strategies, and implementing procedures to ensure seamless transactions and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage regional corporate occupier accounts, including transactions (office/industrial acquisitions/disposals), strategy development, procedure implementation, reporting, controls, communications, templates, and standards.
* Proactively manage local in-country brokers across APAC to ensure high-quality service delivery with respect to all transactional activity. Identify opportunities to add value to clients and brokers alike.
* Negotiate with clients, local office brokers, landlords, lawyers, contractors, consultants, government bodies, and other stakeholders to forge strong relationships internally and externally.
* Support senior colleagues with business development initiatives, including responding to RFPs, pitching, and identifying potential opportunities within client portfolios or on one-off transactions.
* Capture and manage risks and exceptions during transactions or on an account basis and offer potential solutions.
* Deliver real estate services to clients, focusing on effective management of real estate functions, contracts, negotiations, and transaction services required.
* Monitor and track the day-to-day transaction work and workload of team members.
* Coordinate with account leadership to ensure tracking and reporting of client deliverables.
* Provide suggestions and best practices for process and technical improvements relating to the transaction process.
* Work closely with internal teams such as Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance/Accounting.
Requirements
* University graduate preferably related to Real Estate.
* High standard of English – additional languages advantageous.
* At least 2 years' experience in client-facing roles, preferably in account management, customer services, or consulting.
* Ideal 1-3 years relevant work experience in Commercial Real Estate.
* Strong financing, budgeting, and pro forma modeling skills.
* Proven record of providing exceptional internal and external customer service.
