About the Role
* Metal Fabricator
* Work both in the workshop and on site, fabricating, repairing, installing, modification and rebuilding equipment.
Salary
* $77,000 – $80,000 per year
Key Duties
* Fabricate exotic metals
* Excellent in welding Tig/Mig welding
* On site installation and shutdowns
* General equipment maintenance
* Reading and understanding of mechanical and engineering drawings
* Complete jobs in a quick and efficient manner with high attention to detail
* Maintain a safe, clean and organised work area
About You
* Fabrication Trade qualification
* At least 5 years post trade experience with mild steel, stainless and Aluminium, mobile plant, industrial machinery, welding, oxy cutting, assembly and/or mechanical components, pipe work and valve fitting
* Physically fit, good coordination and manual dexterity
* Can work independently and with a team
* Overhead Crane operating skills and experience
* Driver's license, own reliable transport, and tools
* White Card is a must
* Must have full rights to work in Australia.
