Requirements:

* Be an exceptional customer service professional with some sales experience
* Comfortably communicate complex technical information in both technical and non-technical terms
* Exhibit natural problem-solving skills and be solution-focused
* Proficient in using computers and computer programs
* Be a team player who can also work independently
* Hold a valid driver's license (manual preferred)
* Be available to work agreed schedules and have flexibility to adapt to changing demands
