* Strong technical capability in financial modelling, valuation and analytical problem‐solving
* Proven ability to produce high‐quality research, comps and PowerPoint materials to a tight deadline
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
* Familiarity with financial databases and research platforms; AI / LLM proficiency to enhance research, analysis and productivity is desirable
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‐paced deal environment
* Relevant tertiary qualification (finance, commerce, economics, engineering, geology or related discipline); CFA/MBA viewed favourably
* Australian work rights and willingness to travel as required
