The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager ready to take full ownership of a high-quality residential portfolio. With strong admin support and modern technology at your fingertips, you'll manage end-to-end property operations while enjoying real career progression in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Full end-to-end management of your property portfolio
* Lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears management
* Routine inspections, entries, exits, and condition reports
* Building and maintaining strong tenant and landlord relationships
* Oversight of maintenance, repairs, and property care
* Mentor and support junior staff where applicable
* Ensure compliance with legislation and best practice
About You
* Proven experience as a Senior Property Manager or similar
* Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Confident with property management software (PropertyMe/Inspection Express)
* Professional, solutions-focused attitude
* Driver's licence and reliable vehicle preferred
