You'll earn base pay plus uncapped commissions, with the average consultant making between $2,000 and $3,000 per week. Our top performer earned over $13,000 in just one week. As a Face-to-Face Solar Sales Consultant, you'll attend pre-booked residential appointments across Sydney. You'll meet with homeowners, understand their needs, and confidently present our solar solution. Your role involves guiding them through the sign-up process and working closely with our operations team to ensure smooth installation and aftercare. It's a people-focused role, perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships and helping others save money.
We're looking for individuals with previous B2C or B2B sales experience, ideally in a face-to-face setting. However, we're also open to candidates from strong customer-facing backgrounds who are eager to succeed in sales. Excellent communication and closing skills are essential, along with a valid driver's licence. You should be self-motivated, dependable, and available Monday to Friday, with weekends optional.
