* The successful candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to the manager and team, ensuring seamless operation of the department.
This involves providing reception services, processing documents and information accurately and timely, and maintaining confidentiality. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and have experience in administration with strong computer skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
* Clerical duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and providing customer service.
* Supporting the management team with meetings, reports, and other tasks as required.
