Mt Gravatt Subaru is looking for a friendly and organised Service Receptionist to join our busy service team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast paced environment, and takes pride in creating positive customer experiences.
As the first point of contact for our service guests, you will play an important role in setting the tone for each visit. You will help keep the service department running smoothly through clear communication, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to assist.
About the Role
Reporting to the Service Manager, this position supports the front desk operations of the service department.
Key responsibilities include:
* Welcoming customers and assisting with service enquiries
* Managing bookings and phone enquiries
* Preparing paperwork and ROs
* Liaising with technicians and Service Advisors
* Processing invoices and payments
* Maintaining accurate customer records and system updates
* Keeping the reception area professional and welcoming
Skills and Experience
* Previous reception or customer service experience (automotive advantageous)
* A friendly and professional communication style
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Confidence using systems and handling enquiries
* High attention to detail
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Current driver's licence
