Nurse Unit Manager Position

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare professionals
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions
* Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse-Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA) and Relevant management tertiary qualification OR equivalent work experience, OR a combination of study and work experience; and demonstrated commitment to professional development.
* Proven ability to lead, support and develop a clinical team within a multidisciplinary environment, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
* Strong communication, interpersonal and digital skills, with proficiency in clinical systems, rostering, and documentation to support effective team coordination and patient care.
