The Opportunity Reporting to the Executive team, you will lead, develop and expand a national team of phone-based home lending brokers, driving performance, uplift and strategic growth across the function.

Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor and develop a national team of home lending brokers Drive strategic initiatives to accelerate growth and market share Optimise sales performance, productivity, lead flow and broker capability Oversee end-to-end service delivery and customer experience excellence Work closely with executives on product, process and commercial strategy Champion a high-performance culture that supports continuous improvement Ensure compliance, quality and regulatory obligations are met across all activity What You Bring We're looking for a proven leader from a similar lending, broking or financial services environment who brings strong commercial acumen and a genuine passion for building teams and delivering exceptional results.
