Aldinga Early Learning Centre is seeking a dedicated and passionate Diploma Qualified Educator to join our team. As a renowned provider of exceptional care and education to children, we are committed to delivering the highest standards of service to families in our care. This position is flexible part time (3+ days per week) or full time.

As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping young minds and positively impacting the lives of children and their families. Working under the guidance of our experienced ELC Director, your responsibilities will include assisting families with sensitivity and professionalism, assisting with positive behaviour management procedures, and promoting the inclusion of children with additional needs.

ABOUT THE Y

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Successful candidates will also have, or be willing to obtain:

* A Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education (or other equivalent field)
* (HLTAID009) Provide CPR
* (HLTAID012) Provide Emergency First Aid in an Education and Care Setting
* Certificate of completion for "Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect" (RRHAN) training
* Experience interacting with groups of children from 0-6 years
* Awareness of accountability, legal liability, and duty of care to children
