We're on the lookout for a Console Operator to join our team at our Noosa BP site.
Reporting to the Service Station Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping the service station running smoothly, helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents, and having fun while doing it!

In this Role, You'll
* Act as a frontline brand ambassador, delivering outstanding customer service and upholding the station's reputation.
* Process all fuel and convenience store sales accurately while creating add‐on sales opportunities.
* Keep the front‐of‐house and retail areas clean, tidy, and well‐presented at all times.
* Restock retail shelves and complete daily tasks efficiently, using spare time proactively.
* Follow all safety, security, and appearance standards while supporting the team with other duties as needed.
You're Likely a Match If You
* Follow Ingenia's WHS policies, procedures, and safety instructions, and actively contribute to a safe workplace.
* Participate in identifying, assessing and managing risks, and promptly report any hazards, incidents or injuries.
* Hold a current C Class driver's licence and bring strong communication, customer service and administrative skills.
* Stay calm under pressure, use initiative to solve problems, and feel confident reasoning with people in challenging situations.
* Can work independently and handle the physical aspects of the role, including occasional lifting, equipment use, and regular walking around the site.
You're someone who brings energy, ideas, and a genuine passion for making a difference. You love working with people, solving problems, and creating moments that matter.
