They are sourcing for an experienced Supermarket Manager for their well established store in Karratha.
The ideal candidate will be a leader who is passionate about their team, achieving results, excelling in store standards and passionate about exceeding customer expectations.
You will need to have previous experience in a fresh food workplace and be a passionate foodie to be considered.
The Role: Lead and motivate a team size of 50+
Strong team player with a ‘can do’ approach
Full accountability of profitability and results
Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Build upon the store culture of customer engagement
What you will Have: 3+yrs experience in a supermarket environment
Motivational leader, coach and mentor
Strong business acumen, kipi driven and results focused
Customer first approach
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
What you will Receive: Salary package starting from $130k + quarterly bonuses
