If so, we're looking for Carer Hub Navigators—who will be the welcoming face and guiding hand for carers in our new Carer Hubs.This role is designed to integrate community development and engagement approaches to raise awareness and improve access to Carer Gateway services through our Carer Gateway Hub.The Carer Services Navigator is based in the Toowoomba region, providing consistent support to carers with a 'no wrong door' approach.
