Compliance Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to lead our Regulatory Breach Reporting and Compliance team.
This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
The successful candidate will play a critical part in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across the organisation.
Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you will provide expert advice on regulatory matters and support the development of comprehensive incident and breach management frameworks.
* Lead the Regulatory Breach Reporting and Compliance team in providing expert advisory services and support on compliance incidents and breach reporting.
* Develop and enhance incident and breach management policies and processes to effectively manage compliance risks.
* Undertake assessments of compliance incidents and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
* Provide insights and advice to key stakeholders on compliance matters.
* Prepare reports for regulators on investigations, breaches and responding to regulatory requests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to ensure effective compliance management
* Provide guidance on regulatory requirements and develop training programs
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks
* Prepare and submit reports to regulators on compliance matters
