About You
You have a keen understanding of public sector demands and a desire to work in delivery services that impact the world we live in. You possess sound knowledge of establishing credible and achievable project schedules with clearly identifiable milestones with the ability to communicate these with key stakeholders. You have experience managing project budgets and source and manage resources needed for assigned projects, including employees, contractors, vendors and third parties.
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish positive, long-lasting relationships within the business and influence key stakeholders and vendors. Ability to present information, including technical to all levels of stakeholders, adapting style and message to audience and facilitate workshops. With this you will have strong customer service and user experience focus.
About the Role
We are on the hunt for a passionate Program Manager who will be responsible for leading the FM Enhancements Program through support of Business sponsors and Stream leads driving the build and enablement of the new FM capability. The role report directly into the Chief Digital Officer and FM Enhancements Steering Committee.
**Key Accountabilities**: End to end accountability for delivery of assigned projects including the control of project schedules Coordinate multiple streams of work related to a single Serco contract, presenting a single view of project status to management Effectively control and manage the issues, risks, dependencies and changes in scope associated with allocated projects Ensure all 'people change management' activities align with the project build and deploy phases People Management - project team members have clear accountabilities and deliverables defined. Leads the project team members to deliver their best and creates an engaged workplace Produce regular reports, and action lists, ensuring accuracy and timely mitigations

Has been an instrumental team member leading an organisation/company transformational change through while playing a key influencing role, building partnerships with business leads and executive teams.
Successfully led change management projects
Demonstrated understanding of portfolio and project management techniques
