We're looking for an experienced EHS Advisor to play a key role in strengthening and maintaining a safe, compliant, and high‐performing workplace across ANZ.
In this role, you will act as a trusted internal consultant—ensuring our policies, procedures, and practices meet regulatory, ethical, electrical, and MESH audit standards. You'll work closely with leaders and employees at all levels, providing expert guidance, training, and support to help build and sustain a strong EHS culture.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the development and maintenance of the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) management plan in alignment with the organization's strategy.
* Advise leaders and managers to help them achieve EHS targets and objectives.
* Provide specialist EHS advice, technical support, and guidance across operational and commercial teams.
* Participate in and contribute to risk assessments for complex tasks, ensuring effective risk controls.
* Assist in developing injury prevention strategies and proactive EHS initiatives.
* Maintain and improve Safety Management System (SMS) processes.
* Contribute to building a positive safety culture across all business units.
* Support EHS audit programs and integrate findings into business and site plans.
* Assist in improving incident investigation procedures and root‐cause analysis.
* Help implement safety, emergency, and risk management procedures.
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
* Participate in incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
* Support organizational change initiatives to achieve EHS objectives.
* Prepare accurate and timely EHS reports and key performance indicators.
* Support the management of workplace injuries and workers' compensation cases.
* Assist in developing inspection policies, procedures, and schedules.
* Engage stakeholders at all levels to clarify EHS responsibilities and expectations.
* Support and collaborate with MESH Committee members.
* Promote a zero‐incident mindset across leadership teams and staff.
* Liaise with external authorities when required.
* Conduct EHS training needs analysis and help develop training programs.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
* Coach leaders and employees to ensure EHS responsibilities are understood.
* Ensure EHS accountabilities are included in staff induction and leadership onboarding.
* Maintain accurate EHS records and documentation.
* Analyze workplace injury and illness data to support continuous improvement.
* Mentor MESH Committee members and leaders across the organization.
* Support compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering (Electrical preferred).
* Additional qualifications in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or Environmental disciplines beneficial.
Experience:
* 7+ years in EHS management, ideally with strong exposure to contractor management, WHS programs, training, and the implementation of ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 management systems.
Technical Skills:
* Strong knowledge of EHS legislation and industry standards (electrical, construction, or mining).
* Experience leading audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Soft Skills:
* Excellent stakeholder and relationship‐building skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, comfortable engaging from exec leadership to frontline staff.
