As a leader in retail, we are seeking an exceptional Store Manager to drive our team's success at our Albury outlet. This is a fixed term full time position at 38 hours/week.
The ideal candidate will lead by example, driving exceptional customer experiences and helping their team deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs). They will also be responsible for succession planning, ensuring that their team members have the opportunity to progress into new roles when the time comes.
* Drive exceptional customer experiences

* Execute Visual Merchandising in-store and make commercial decisions
* Understand Stock Management processes and prioritise tasks
* Coach and provide on the spot feedback to team members
* Analyse reports to inform commercial decisions
