Job Title:
Regional Programs Manager
Job Summary:
As the Regional Programs Manager, you will lead and manage the delivery of regional programs, services, and regional team members to ensure high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert advice, strategic analysis, and support to the Regional Director to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and programs that support training and skilling initiatives in the region.
• Identify and analyze complex policy issues, oversee regional planning initiatives, integrate service delivery strategies, manage risks, and monitor performance while demonstrating a commitment to the department's core values.
• Ensure the objectives and key performance indicators of regional programs and initiatives are achieved, including preparing and presenting comprehensive performance reports that support the region's operational plan and performance delivery targets.
• Develop and maintain administrative processes and systems to ensure the provision of accurate, reliable, and appropriate data that meets the reporting requirements across a wide range of regional programs and services.
• Build relationships and partnerships with stakeholders, including industry, employers, training providers, and community organizations to identify emerging trends within industry sectors and the VET system.

• Strong knowledge of vocational education and training (VET) policies, procedures, and frameworks.
