MAK Diesel & Earthmoving is looking for a driven individual to join our Mt Isa branch to be part of the Admin/Parts Department. This a full-time office-based role.
This role's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Parts interpreting.
* Stock control.
* Provide high-level customer service to customers.
* Counter & phone parts sales.
* Sourcing and dispatching orders.
* Preparing customer Quotes and Invoices.
* Customer/branch support duties.
* Provide Administration support.
* General data entry.
The ideal candidate for this role will:
* Possess a current driver's licence.
* Possessing a current forklift ticket would be an advantage.
* Exhibit excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Have an enthusiastic attitude and an interest in the Construction Machinery & Transport Vehicle industries.
* Previous experience with either a Parts Interpreter or Administration would be an advantage.
* Be customer-focused and results driven.
* Exceptional customer support skills, a friendly manner and willingness to help.
* Superior attention to detail.
* Ability to work closely within a team environment.
