The role

We're looking for a mid-level Sales Executive to help grow Annexa by identifying, qualifying and progressing new opportunities across the mid-market.

You'll build pipeline through a mix of outbound activity, events, partner and internal referrals, and targeted follow-up. You'll run discovery conversations, understand how a customer operates and position solutions that solve real business problems. You'll also work closely with account management and delivery teams to ensure opportunities are set up for long-term success, with clear scope and a smooth handover into delivery.

What you'll do

* Pipeline generation - build and qualify new opportunities through outbound activity, events, referrals and targeted follow-up
* Prospecting and outreach - identify the right contacts within target organisations and book discovery conversations
* Discovery and qualification - assess prospect needs and buying context to qualify fit, timing and readiness
* Solution selling - diagnose business challenges, connect priorities to the right Annexa solution and run a disciplined sales process end to end
* Forecasting - manage qualified pipeline and maintain accurate monthly forecasting
* Account development - support account management to identify expansion opportunities within existing customers
* Delivery alignment - collaborate with delivery teams to set opportunities up for successful implementation outcomes
* Relationship building - build long-term relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders
* Team contribution - be a strong internal partner, working closely with marketing, delivery and customer teams to help accounts succeed

What you'll bring

This role suits someone who can shape early conversations into strategic opportunities, build commercial credibility and steward prospects through a disciplined sales cycle that reflects real business value.

* 3-5 years' experience in B2B sales, ideally within technology, SaaS or professional services
* Strong outbound capability, including prospecting, outreach and follow-up
* Confidence running discovery calls and qualifying opportunities early
* Ability to sell complex services in a clear, practical way
* Comfortable managing a pipeline, forecasting accurately and working to targets
* Strong written and verbal communication, with a professional and direct style
* Experience working with CRM tools and maintaining strong account hygiene
* A collaborative approach and ability to work closely with marketing, delivery and customer teams
* Experience with ERP, finance systems or business transformation is highly regarded
