We are seeking a highly skilled Installations Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of installers, contractors and support staff to ensure that all shower screen and wardrobe installation works are scheduled and completed in line with customer expectations and company requirements.

* Resourcing, developing, leading and managing an installation team of 35 installers (comprised of employees and contractors)
* Regular liaison between clients and the business to ensure that installations can be conducted in the required timeframes
* Conducting and monitoring daily invoicing
* Striving for minimal re-works
* Assisting the scheduling team to schedule installations when required
* Negotiating and submitting payments and commissions
* Fleet management of company vehicles
* Ensuring all safety standards and protocols are adhered to
* Reporting and general administration
About You

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in construction and installations, combined with demonstrated leadership abilities.

This is a fast-paced role which will draw heavily on your planning and organisation skills combined with your communication and relationship management skills.
