Programmed Energy & Resources are currently seeking experienced and safety-focused Forklift Operators for our mineral sands warehouse in Henderson
About the Role
The successful candidates will have a proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, hands-on, and physically demanding environment, where daily forklift operation is required alongside manual handling tasks, stock movement, loading and unloading deliveries from sea containers, and general warehouse duties while maintaining a strong focus on teamwork, reliability, and workplace safety.
Key duties include:
* Operating forklifts daily, handling ugly freight (large bulker bags of mineral sands)
* Unloading trucks and transfer trucks (overtime available)
* Picking orders and packing sea containers
* Using air compressors for container packing
* Manual handling and maintaining a strong safety focus
Role Requirements
* Valid Australian drivers license REQUIRED
* Current LF forklift Licence REQUIRED
* Full Australian work rights
* Proven forklift experience in a fast-paced environment
* Loader or skid steer experience (desirable)
* Comfortable working with manual handling tasks
* SAP exposure helpful
