The Team
In our Retail Banking division, our Customers are at the forefront of everything we do, where the Customer Engagement Team exists to support the Retail Banking network and its leaders in the achievement of our growth objectives, to drive enhanced productivity and to ensure the delivery of our customer value proposition.
Your role
The Sales Activation & Engagement Analyst will be responsible for building and executing strategic campaign activities that support business growth and retention opportunities for both new and existing customers. You will be required to support the implementation and embedding of programs to drive a sales culture where our customer experience is at the heart of everything we do. A key component of your role will be to continually review campaign activities in line with customer insights and research to identify opportunities to optimise customer engagement programs across Retail.
This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract which can be based in any location Nationally.
Your knowledge, skills & experience
Managing priorities - effectively prioritising goals, requirements, and areas of opportunity
Retail awareness - knowing your market and understanding target customer segments
Marketing - planning, creating, communicating, and delivery of content
Administrative support - provide timely and accurate administrative support to meet the needs of all relevant stakeholders
Strong customer service and customer experience ethos
Ability to drive and maintain effective working relationships and networks
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Experience in Marketing and communications
Ability to work independently and unsupervised
Excellent PC skills with knowledge and experience in digital platforms and creative/editing tools
